I have photographed Allison several times over the years and I absolutely love working with her. She is a true joy! During her graduate photoshoot she started telling me about this guy she had just met :) she knew he was "the one" from the very beginning! Sure enough a year or so later they asked me to photograph their engagement and then to be their wedding photographer. I was overjoyed and excited!! Blake is definitely a keeper! They are so blessed to have found one another.
You can see their engagement session here and her graduate session here. :)
I am so excited to share their gorgeous wedding photos here on my blog!! Keep scrolling!
Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom and leave these two a some love in the comments!
"I had a lot of memorable moments on the wedding day. As I look back on this day I can recall four most memorable moments. My mom and I were able to have a special moment when she helped me get my dress on. It was a very emotional moment for both of us. I had a first look with my dad before he walked me down the aisle. I will always remember the way he reacted the first time he saw me in my dress. I was able to have very special, private moments with both of my parents and I think we all cherish them. As I was walking out of the door to the aisle, I was full of anticipation and honestly a bit of anxiety. I was so nervous, but when I turned the corner and saw Blake I instantly turned calm. This was my absolute favorite moment for the day. Finally, towards the end of the reception close family and friends were able to enjoy time together and dance. After months and months of planning, it was very special to end it having so much fun with our family and friends." - Allison Orr
I can remember the nerves that I had before I walked into the ceremony.
When I saw Allison for the first time, they all disappeared, that was the most memorable moment. -Blake Orr
If I had to pick my favorite detail from the wedding, it would be the song I chose to walk down the aisle to. I walked down the aisle to “I Get to Love You” by Ruelle. I wanted the song I chose to be a reflection of my feelings for Blake and I felt like this song reflected that perfectly.

As soon as I saw Blake waiting for me at the altar I couldn’t help but think of our future that we would have together. The memories that we will make together. I couldn’t wait to live life with him. I was marrying the man of my dreams, and I felt unbelievably blessed. -Allison Orr
My favorite detail of the wedding was the time capsule ceremony. We each put letters to each other to open on our one year anniversary and locked it during the ceremony. It made me excited to see what the future held. -Blake Orr
When I saw Allison walking towards me, I thought to myself “Wow, there’s my wife. She’s beautiful, I’m so thankful.”
